For clearance with a 5th wheel on a Ram truck you will want the 6 foot 4 inch bed with sliding hitch over the 5 ft 7 inch box. The shortest box requires a specific pin box like the Sidewinder to give you the turning clearance needed and a non-sliding hitch like # RP30047. The sliding hitch will not work for that short a box.

I may have an option for you, but there is not any truck camper tie downs that will fit your 2017 Ford F-350 Dually with the flip-out bed steps.
The only option is to remove the flip-out steps if possible which would then allow you to use the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs Front # TLF2021 and Rear # TLF3008.

You are able to use the TorkLift StableLoad Suspension Upgrade # TLA7200 with the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL86KV on your 2021 Ford F-350 Dually 4x4.
